libharfbuzz-icu0 software package provides OpenType text shaping engine ICU backend, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libharfbuzz-icu0
libharfbuzz-icu0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libharfbuzz-icu0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libharfbuzz-icu0 *
You will get with libharfbuzz-icu0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
